Privacy policy
Short version: this website has no forms, no analytics, no advertising and no cookies. It remembers which of our three counters you picked, in your own browser, and that is the whole of it.

What this site does not do
There is no analytics on this site, no tag manager, no advertising pixel, no session recorder and no cookie banner — the last one because there are no cookies to consent to. Nothing you do here is measured, profiled or handed to anyone for marketing.
The fonts and photographs are served from this domain rather than from a font or image network, so loading a page does not tell a third party you were here. The one exception is the ordering page, which opens a connection to Toast in advance so the handoff is quick; that page is the only one that does it, and it is the page you are about to leave for Toast anyway.
Ordering happens on Toast
When you click Order Online you leave this site for Toast, the ordering system our restaurants use. Your name, phone number, order and payment details are entered there, held by Toast, and governed by Toast's privacy policy rather than this one. We do not receive your payment details at any point.
We do tag the link with a note of which page you came from, so we can see whether people order from the menu or the location pages. That tag says nothing about who you are.
Do not sell or share my personal information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, as California defines those terms. There is no advertising network, analytics vendor or data broker anywhere in this website, so on this site there is nothing to opt out of.
If that ever changes, an opt-out control will appear here and in the footer before it does. To make the request anyway, or to ask us to confirm the above in writing, email burgers@proudlyservingla.com.
California privacy notice
All three of our locations are in California and most of our customers are California residents. Under the CCPA and CPRA you have the right to:
- Know what personal information is collected about you and how it is used.
- Get a copy of it.
- Have it deleted.
- Have it corrected if it is wrong.
- Opt out of its sale or sharing.
- Limit how sensitive personal information is used.
- Not be treated worse for exercising any of the above.
To exercise any of them, email burgers@proudlyservingla.com or call any counter — the numbers are on the contact page. We may need to verify who you are before acting on a request about a specific person's information, and you can name someone to make the request for you.
Because this website holds nothing about you, most requests will really be about your ordering history, which lives in Toast. Tell us and we will point you at the right place rather than leave you to find it.
Notice of financial incentive
California requires this notice from any business that offers a price difference, discount or reward in exchange for personal information — a loyalty program, most commonly.
We do not currently run one. Nothing on this site offers you a better price for giving us your details, and there is no rewards scheme, points balance or sign-up-for-a-discount offer anywhere on it. If that changes, the required disclosure — what the programme is, what information it collects, what it is worth and how to withdraw — will be published here before it launches.
Changes and contact
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. For anything about privacy, including a request under the section above, email burgers@proudlyservingla.com.
How this site is built to be usable, and what the build checks on every release, is set out on the accessibility page.
